About Us
Bottom Line Archive Systems was started by Brad & Deb Guilford in 2005. Deb had 25 years in inventory control and Brad with 20 years in storage managment. We started our family owned business with three employees and have grown to six. We have an A+ Rating with the Better Business Bureau. All employees are screened and must sign a confidentiality form to ensure that your business information is kept confidential. Our 6,000 square foot facility is temperature and humidity controlled with state-of-the-art security systems.
Quite simply, we are the most cost effective solution to the management and storage of older records. We manage, store, retrieve and deliver less active, older files, records and computer tapes. Then when the age of files dictates, we can also shred those records when needed.
